Fresh pineapple and banana before running every morning. Great fructose energy, potassium, and vitamin C.

Oatmeal with fruit and protein powder for breakfast every morning. On days I strength train I also have egg whites.

Salad with dried tomato bits, Feta cheese, and 3-4 ounces of chicken breast for lunch with my homemade balsamic dressing that only has 70 calories a serving.

    Snacks:
Seasonal fresh fruit. Oh how I miss cherry season. Right now it's apples.
Fat Free Greek Yogurt, sometimes with fruit added, sometimes I add my own. Always with added protein powder.
One of the organic Kashi cereals--I eat it without milk for crunch like chips.

I eat all organic and clean including my whey protein powder. I seldom eat out and make all my foods starting with a single ingredient except things like yogurt and cereal. Since I started paying more attention not only to calories but also to possible chemical influences, I feel much better and am seldom hungry.
