I like strawberries best, sometimes add a piece of banana. Just bought a blender so that I can make them again. You can add protein powder if it helps meet your protein macro.

I have a desk job and log about 2 miles during the course of the day, mine is set a sedentary.

I log breakfast when I eat it because I don't always eat it. If I know what I am having for dinner I put it in so I can see what I have in terms of calories and macros for lunch. If I am going out with people at lunch, I prelog it if there is an online menu available, then I can plan dinner better. Since I have found…

I have two adult sons who live with me. I am trying to limit my carbs so i sometimes add non low carb sides (rice, potatoes etc) for them. They are actually enjoying all the new recipes.

Caprese Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Dijonaise, Stir Fry, Fajitas. I have several of the recipes on my Myfitnesspal blog. Made Alfredo last night, still need to add that one to the blog.

I do low carb, try for 50-100g per day but the last week or two noticed I am below 50g per day. I have pcos so this works well for me. I have been trying a lot of new recipes with a lot of success to keep from getting bored. My diary is open.

I eat meals I make from food bought from the grocery store. I eat out most weekdays for lunch and sometimes have McDonald's for breakfast. I do watch my carbs in addition to my calories but if I want ice cream, I have ice cream.

Do you weigh everything you eat? Are you eating back all your excercise calories? Are you eating at a deficit?

Have you ever been to Boy Scout Camp? I was acting Scoutmaster for my troop for 5 years. The portions are not that big, if you are going to eat it bring some hot sauce as it's pretty basic and pretty bland.

That is truly awesome. Congratulations.

Have you tried saving some calories for nighttime rating?

All the fat bombs I have found are between 100-200 calories.

Bacon and eggs, sausage, cheese with either, an omelette or frittata. Smoothies.

It is personal preference, you have to find what satisfies you. Mine is 45% fat . That and 30% protein is what works for me.

I am starting to do that now, at least for dinner. I started out trying new recipes until I got enough good one to fill a week. Now that I have that I was able to go to the grocery store with a list to ouch up everything for this week. I am still looking to add more recipes so I can get a couple weeks worth.

How much you can safely lose depends on a number of things, including how much you have to lose overall. MFP recommends 2 pounds a week if you have more than 75 pounds to lose. If you have only twenty or so you will lose much less. Initially weight loss will be water and that will be about 3-5 pounds.

Chocolate chip pancakes and sausage.

The OP just joined today and this is their first post. The only thing they are interested in is imparting their Herbalife wisdom and selling to people.

Did the doctor mention seeing a registered dietician? If you are looking for low sugar I would search for low carb. I am eating low carb but not Keto level low carb.

Comparing the kashiwa bars nutritional information with the Kind Bar, both products have non GMO ingredients. However, the Kind bars generally have lower carbs, less sugar, less sodium, more fiber and more protein. Personally I also found them better tasting.

This time around I haven't used them, yet. That being said my new blender/food processor just came in. I will probably pick some up in the new week to make breakfast smoothies. Sometimes I had them after workouts but most of the time I preferred chocolate milk for that.

Inositol is over the counter, vitamin B8. The studies conducted were small and not conclusive. Has she had her vitamin d levels tested. If not she might want to consider doing so.

I have pcos and don't take any meds, just watch my calories and carbs. Metforin is prescribed for some with pcos but not all, it is a medicine for diabetics which does help some pcos sufferers lose weight but they still have to watch their calories and their carb intake.

I love Kind Bars. Had one this morning. As long as they fit you plan there is nothing wrong with eating them.

Have you asked your doctor?

Ideal diet for pcos varies. Most recommend and do well be watching carbs (low carb) or Keto ( under 20 g carbs). You have to find your sweet spot. My pcos is pretty severe but I can lose weigh by keeping the carbs between 50-100g a day. Of course I still watch calories to maintain a deficit also. My advice is to dump the…

Mine is open and I log daily.
