  • Today I had crustless all meat pizza. The equivalent of 4 slices. Toppings are my favorite part anyway.
  • Bought these. Charging them but they do sound good. And they have decent volume on them
  • I noticed that some of the Backbeats have sone kind of fitness training with them. What it that?
  • I would like great sound because I want to use them other places besides the gym. I would like one pair to serve all purposes rather than multiple pairs to keep up with.
  • My trainer code is 5877 2583 3275. I am 59 and about 10 or so levels higher than my 24/25 year old sons. I can always use more friends.
  • Not a fan here either. I tried a few flavors and didn't like them. I buy Talenti and have little bowls so I can watch the serving size.
  • Powerful Yogurt or a Kind Bar. McDonald's sausage and scrambled eggs. Usually something quick and light since I don't eat a large breakfast. I bought some "just crack an egg" things from the grocery store to try tonight.
  • We are having leftovers. Could be meat pie, pot Roast with veggies or pork tenderloin. I think there is some leftover pasta out there also.
  • I picked up a pint of Halo Top to see what all the hype was about. I did get the pistachio (bought it before all the latest reviews). I love pistachio ice cream and truly disliked this. The flavor was not appealing, the texture was off and there was a weird aftertaste. Took a couple bites the other day and haven't touched…
  • With my first I was 4 pounds lighter before I delivered that when I got pregnant, I walked out of the hospital 20 pounds or so lighter then when I started the pregnancy. With my second I was 10 pounds heavier before I delivered then when I started and walked out of the hospital 15 pounds lighter. I was on a 2800 calorie a…
  • I searched all over the freezer section at Kroger on several occasions as they have had it advertised for weeks. Almost gave up yesterday again when I found a "stray" pint in with the ice cream. Finally found it on the end cap.
  • Wendy's - Double Stack w/o the bun and a small chili w/sour cream Qdoba - Steak salad w/o the shell w/ fajita veggies, pico and roja, cheese dip and sour cream Arby's - Farmhouse Turkey Bacon salad with ranch dressing. Jersey Mike's - Sub in a Tub Chili-fil-a. Grilled chicken nuggets.
  • If it goes in my mouth, it goes on my log.
  • My carbs typically are between 50-100g per day, sometimes a little lower. Have PCOS and am insulin resistant.
  • I went over in calories due to Thanksgiving dinner. I ate everything I wanted including Key Lime pie (I do think I overestimated in logging). We only do this particular restaurant (they have a buffet on thanksgiving) once a year. Kindof pricey but I don't have to cook or clean up, plus everyone gets everything they want.
  • I personally just do a casserole with the toppings. No crust leaves more calories for toppings!
  • I have done weight watchers a couple times before but not the new program. A couple years ago my Dr suggested a nutritionist instead, my insurance only covered3 visits so I stopped. I thought I needed the accountability of WW or a similar program. This time I decided to just watch my carbs and my calories. I have been…
  • When that happens I type test test and log it, then I go back in and edit the blog with copy:paste.
  • Op, look for people doing Paleo.
  • Did they refer you to a registered dietician? I would go see one.

  • I had leftover Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole for lunch, super yummy. I also do a salad some days with Chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, bacon, walnuts, strawberries and Chipolte Ranch Dressing. I don't do pasta either, but I do enjoy a nice bowl of sauce and meatballs, stir frys are super great and fast (steak or chicken,…
  • I met with one a couple years ago. Since I have pcos and am insulin resistant I went to one that dealt with a lot of diabetic patients. I also had one 20 some years ago when I had gestational diabetes. The second go around reaffirmed what I had already learned. My doctor suggested it instead of weight watchers. I wanted…

  • I do low carb, have pcos and insulin restart. I try to stay u der60-70g of carb per day. It works for me. I have a difficult time losing and am down 28 pounds over the last 5 months.
  • I have had a lot of people mention my hair. I suspect it looks like I have more because my face is thinner. I do have one guy at work who refers to me as the incredible shrinking woman. I am down 28 and started at 244.
  • We had chicken cordon Bleu casserole last night for dinner. Other dinner favorites are Caramelized onion and bacon smothered pork chops and chicken Dijonaise. We also love meatballs in sauce. Stir frys are great as is Red Curry Chicken. I even found a decent lower carb recipe for cashew chicken. Bratwurst or cheeseburgers.…
  • I don't do cheat meals. The one you posted on your feed was a steak, Mac/cheese and mashed potatoes. You could easily fit this in your day by watching your portion sizes. I had a full size pretzel tonight which not only fit my calories burnt daily macros. It's all about planning.
  • Why would I punish myself by eating foods I dislike? It would only make the journey more difficult.
  • I take a breakfast/snack (I don't do big breakfasts) with me, do not snack at all, have a decent lunch usually with a diet soda. I do get up from the desk once an hour to fill my very large glass with ice water (it holds about 10-20 oz of water plus ice) which I drink during that hour. Typically dinner is a larger meal,…
  • Every person is different. Ask your doctor for a referral to a registered dietician not a nutritionist.
  • Mine is public.
