I'm to lose around 80 ultimately but 60 would be amazing! I'm at the beginning of a long journey but I think the best thing all of us can do is to set markers along the way. My first milestone is 20. I'm currently 1 pound down. Here we go!

I'm currently trying Herbalife. You can add skim, almond, or soy milk as well as fruit, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. Good luck!
