Was going to get it but my wife surprised me with a Ninja Master Prep for my birthday. Mostly use it for DIY starbucks frap's and Bulletproof coffee's but love it.

Nice. I needed one that had a capacity of 440lbs and had a back light but yours would be great for portability.

I am lactose intolerant but i add up to 4 tsp a day of HWC to my coffee with no problem. Sometimes more on weekends.

My wife was the only one aware of my WOE and she noticed a physical change at around 25lbs-30lbs. I also noticed it the same time as i went down a belt notch.

Know how you feel. Its as much a mental and psychological journey as well as physical. I carry my day 1 before pics in my wallet and it always puts me in perspective. Still moments where i feel like it has been a dream esp' the first moments after waking up.

Started last week (workouts) and liking it very much. Shortly after i would walk for 60-70 minutes and then 30 minutes elliptical at night. Once i am done with the 21 day then i will move on to P90 and then next year i will shift my focus to SL 5x5.
