Not at goal yet but have lost over half my total body weight. Started 1 year, 2 months, 25 days ago but time has gone so fast that sometimes it feels just like yesterday. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation everyone. 3 more lbs to Onederland.

Overweight!!!!!
Today my BMI is 29.7 which puts me in the Overweight Category. Amazing that just last August 27th 2013 (Day 1) i was 60.2 Obese Class III. shoes for p90x
Hi all, Should i solely look into cross train style shoes to be used for the p90x program or can i also consider walking or running shoes as well? tyvm.

One year WOE.
two days ago was my one year on my WOE and i have lost 195lbs. Went down from a busting out of the seams 66 size pants and tent 6xl shirts to a 40/42 pants and xl/2xl shirts... Here is to moving forward one day at at time. TF over the last year. The logs are just my losses as it was more enthusiastic to enter vs gains lol.

Carrying your before pics?
Recently i had thought about carrying my day 1 front and side pics around just as a reminder of how far i have come and also when i ever feel tempted. Just printed mine in wallet size and had it laminated. Anyone else do the same or does it sound pretty lame and silly?
