  • Got totally of track for a few days. Need to restart. Doing well with the water intake. I walk a lot in my job normally but am making those steps more deliberate - quicker, core muscles tight. Not always making my 10, now 15 minutes of other exercise. Keeping with my veggie snacks of carrots and celery but know I'll need…
  • Allows another week to develop the habits. I'm generally getting 2 of the 3 goals. Thanks again for the challenge. I'm finding it hard to end the day without at least 10 minutes of doing something to get me up and moving. That's a good thing.
  • Ok, I replaced half of the ground beef in my spagetti sauce with chopped mushrooms. They did not change the flavor of the sauce and the texture is similar to the beef. Added vegetable!
  • Off to fill my water jug now! Packed celery and carrots for snack.
  • Week 1 reinforced my need for this group/accountability. Weakest in veggie intake, however, after I actually went to the grocery store I did a bit better. I do Zumba 3 days a week but am not consistant doing something other days. Water is the easiest. Looking forward to the challenges and encouragement from the group.
  • Thanks, this is just what I need to focus on HEALTHY. I can go days without a vegetable. And a few minutes of exercise should not be so easy to skip. Oh, and blessings on that baby coming soon.
