Week one check in

So how did you all do for week one?

I did exercise and got 3000 steps everyday (though it occasionally was me wandering in a circle around my apartment at night to get the last few hundred steps).

Achieved my water goal 6 of the days.

Ate my veggies everyday, BUT some days it was potatoes, corn and pasta sauce- not really the best quality, but better than nothing, right?

    Good Morning

    Even though I haven't posted much being a member of this group has subconsciously made me make better decisions this week:

    1. Bought loads of fruit and veg at supermarket and well achieved my target :)

    2. Actively done exercise daily 30 DS/ treadmill/ stepper

    3. Can't monitor steps yet but done lots of walking

    4. I'm still struggling with water intake, that's my next thing to consistently aim for

    Week 1 reinforced my need for this group/accountability.
    Weakest in veggie intake, however, after I actually went to the grocery store I did a bit better.
    I do Zumba 3 days a week but am not consistant doing something other days.
    Water is the easiest.
    Looking forward to the challenges and encouragement from the group.
