1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tsp of honey, and a dash of cinnamon. Approx 300 cals of deliciousness.

Just started, W1W1, but I really enjoyed it! I've been doing a good deal of walking for the past month, so today was great! Perfect weather, empty lakeshore, tons left in the tank, etc. I realize, of course, it's going to get harder and I'll probably shake my head at my past self, but for now I'm really pumped!

Eating the same breakfast and lunch everyday. Both meals are nutrient-heavy, comparatively low-cal, and delicious. My average lunch is under 300 calories, and it fills me up until my (small) mid afternoon snack! It consists of a quesadilla (1 corn tortilla, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans, 2 tbs cheese, 2 tbs salsa), 1 cup of green beans, and half an apple. It's 294 calories, and I eat it pretty much every day.

I second the person who said gradual introduction minimizes the digestive issues from beans. You need to have a certain type of bacteria in your intestines to properly digest beans. One suggestion would be to emphasize to your older kids how important this is to you and then have them babysit your toddler 3 times a week during your workout. Even pay them to babysit, if necessary--it's cheaper than a car. If you make the time sacrosanct, it'll be much easier to make it happen.

Calorie dense, healthy foods are great. Consider nuts, especially. Healthy fats, calorie dense.
