I usually eat a peanut butter sandwich and a cup of coffee. Sometimes oatmeal or a couple eggs, bacon and toast. All quick and easy and fit my calories/macros nicely.

I have a bowl of Scots porridge oats made with water and add a dash of honey to it. Also have a smoothie which consists of, coconut water, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and a lil bit of honey in that too! :) hope this helps!

Lipton Natural Energy tea with splenda (splenda is my one vice!)

Whole wheat double fiber english muffin with one medium egg and one medium egg-white. Topped with either 1/4 avocado and hot sauce or 1 Tbsp of Vegenaise instead of avocado.

Or, I heat up a Morningstar Vegan Breakfast Sandwich.

    Or, two hard boiled eggs.

1/2 a toasted whole wheat English muffin with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and a dusting of ground flax seed.
Then I swim for a mile or 2 and have the other half when I'm done.

Usually 3 eggs with leftover veggies and siracha. Since I am not riding due to a fall, it has been 2 eggs or chia blueberry pudding.

agree with most of the above... but i do try to keep it to protein only in the morning... turkey or veggie sausage and the like. i like to save any carbs (like a piece of toast) for later in the day, so i can look forward to it.

i have found that if i let ANY kind of carb touch my lips (even fruit) before i have some substantial protein, i simply crave carbs all day!! anyone else have that experience??

2 organic eggs scrambled with 1 cup spinach and a slice of american cheese. Sometimes I'll add a slice of Ezekiel bread or a 100 cal English muffin. If it's after a workout, I'll skip the bread and have a cup of milk mixed with a scoop of protein powder.

Greek yoghurt with Wheat Belly grainless granola, or (this morning) omlet made with Egg Creations and filled with spinach and a wedge of Laughing Cow french onion cheese (usually have goat cheese but ran out), and 1 slice of Udis millet chia bread toasted. Sometimes Egg Creations omlet filled with salsa and a little old cheddar.
