I really like the 30 day shred... you get a great workout in in only 20 or so minutes. You cannot go from unfit to P90X. You will hurt yourself!! If you're already somewhat fit, P90X is great, but as a beginner, stay far away.

That would be awesome. I'll friend you :) Diet is certainly the hardest part for me... It's just so much easier when I'm out and about to eat fast food or something equally as bad for me.
