I mix my cottage cheese on my salads in replace of dressing, I like cottage cheese though. I also like it with just a little bit of a greek seasoning mix I found. I like it on my baked potatoes in replace of sour cream as well. Not so sure about the greek yougert though.

I also fight depression issues and it has really helped me, when I am feeling down or frustrated...instead of eating...I take it out on my treadmill. :-) But also, just seeing the small improvements, my cardo...being able to last a bit longer, my strength and energy!! I also encourage my kids (2-1/2 and 5-1/2) to workout…

I am very lucky, my children really do love most vegetables and for the most part we eat fairly healthy, once in a while if I don't feel like cooking I will make my kids mac and cheese and I go for a salad but 97% of the time they eat what I make. :-)

I have done really well this week. I am hoping to be able to break the 150's by the end of next week! Weekends are so hard for me and this weekend it is cold and icky (maybe snow), hard to keep motivated when I just wanna curl up on the couch with my babies. :-)

I bought a HRM today and it was 200 calories different than my treadmill. I went to several different sites and calculated what "their" calories burned would be and my HRM was still way over what the sites said...I am not so sure I want to trust it. Thank you everyone! I am so looking forward to Spring...Wisconsin is not to friendly durning the winter months for exercising out doors. Maybe with the nicer weather I will get more motivation. :-) I really appreciate all of the pointers!!

I said I was going to start it a month ago, now...I am going to start it!! I am trying to get up early in the morning and do my running so on my off days I will do the shred again. I really enjoyed the work out the first time I went through it, I saw results!

I am having a hard time myself lately. I have made some 5K goals and I still cant seem to "find the time" to get my butt out and exercise. I would love to help you account for exercise as I myself need that as well!!
