  • Had a bit of a set back this past week and only managed to lose 0.2 lbs to make it 185 - which was my 15 pound weight loss goal by Thanksgiving so I'm happy to have met that ahead of time. I was hoping to somehow lose another 5 pounds by the end of the month but time has flown by so I think I'll shoot for another 10-15lbs…
  • 185.2... down 2.6 from last week :) I've met my goal of 15 pounds lost so I'm going to shoot for another 5 pounds by Turkey day!! Good luck to everyone and keep on keeping on! One day at a time is what I keep telling myself.
  • 187.8!! I'm down 1.3 pounds from last week :) Day to day sometimes I forget that I am actually making progress. This is a great reminder and motivation boost!!

  • I've managed to stay at or under my daily calorie goal 4 out of 7 days this last week. I'm slowly improving... the week before I only managed 3 days.
