I can't see why it would be your calorie and exercise intake. It could be a multitude of things- being dehydrated, not getting enough sleep, a virus, stress. If it goes on longer than a week, see your doctor, until then take it easy.

I just don't get how he can say that, if you eat less the 2000 calories you are ''starving'' which we all know is a lie, how could a 5'0 female eat that and lose weight. Even if you eat that much in fruit you will gain surely. It's a well known fact that calorie restriction gives you weight loss.

Well he is a former drug addict. Would not be surprised at all if he is back on the crack. I mean you have to be to only eat fruit.

You guys are aware that I only eat 1440...... I always burn at least a couple hundred from walking around town, I'm a fast walker, I go to a lot of shops, and walking= using energy= burning calories. Please don't treat me like I'm new. Chances are I've been here longer than you. I am quite close to my goal weight.

No I don't work up a sweat. Who said it was a ''slow pace''? Because quite frankly, it isn't whatsoever. It's a busy salon.

Considering there is an uphill part of my town and I see a lot of people out of breath, I will continue logging it, rather than unintentionally starve myself by ending up eating less than 1200.

I mean afterwards I will go and do some shopping as it is right in the centre of town, so I literally just walk to whichever shops I want to and have a bit of lunch as well. I will log that. The only walking I log is when I am walking around town- going to shops. And zumba and H.I.I.T. I didn't really think I'd have to log this as I probably would not burn that much. I thought I would ask anyway, just to be cautious. I eat 1440 calories each day.

Unfortunately I can't weigh myself every single day as that would mean having to lug scales with me lmao and I don't think I'm that determined. However I did try that.

What you need to attempt, is imagining yourself getting the weight you want, the body you want, and realising binging will only put you back a step.

I mean, why do you not want to be a lower weight? Why 10 stone?

I personally believe that the lower weights should be reserved for shorter people, now at that tall height, that would look vile.
