With my body and fitbit if I do even 3000 steps mfp will say I've burnt so and so against the fitbit steps

No next to the withings pulse steps is 0 calories in my diary.

Sorry to clarify I have to eat 1650 to lose half a pound a week according to myfitnesspal and yeah that's without exercise. Myfitnesspal said I had burned 1900 but not as part of exercising, the only exercise I did today was walking which my withings pulse collected. As of 22:21 withings has burned 1623 and mfp 1904. I'm…

I have a withings pulse ox/ o2 as it used to be called. When I had a fitbit it would always give me calories around the 6000 step mark at least.

By junk food I mean such as chocolate, crisps.

I live with my family. 6 people. All different types of food available. i just choose high calorie foods.

163cm/ 5"4. Eat 1650 to lose half a lb. 12 stone 5.8. Not happy. Mfp worked for me in the past but I can't stop overeating junk. I just eat. Boredom or whatever. I just like to eat and I hate it.

Decided not to go over my calories for the day I'm going to have a low calorie chicken wrap with a dressed side salad. And a diet coke and heaps of water. Then I still have 300 cal left and they have a 100 calorie chocolate mousse so I might have that. It sucks so many things are so high calorie :(

Make sure you weigh empty stomach empty bladder naked no jewellery (at least not heavy pieces). It also depends if you are a woman (which im assuming) where you are in your cycle. A lot of it is water I'm sure. Make sure you are measuring food such as nuts, cheese etc. And logging everything even sugar free drinks etc.

So my fitbit and myfitnesspal would NOT CONNECT so I have been left with 304 calories over which is NOT CORRECT
