That's good you exercise at home, I do too, I just find walking on the spot really boring, and my friend the other day forgot for some reason that I can't just walk around the block or to places. I have no mirrors so it's all fine. I hope you get better with your agoraphobia as soon as you feel ready to.

And currently I don't sleep well. I don't get 7-8 hours sleep a night. I try to. I've been trying to cut the caffeine down and do things like colouring and reading before bed.

I eat all my calories back which I know everyone has different views on. I appreciate all comments thank you. I've realised now where I've been going wrong is I haven't been eating healthy at all, I've been eating a lot of junk such as crisps, chocolate, high calorie sandwiches..... as of tomorrow I'm eating healthy for my calories and if there is enough left over I can have a treat or two.

I love food have about 28 pounds to lose so my deficit is 250cal a week.

Well since Christmas I went from 128 to 156. I got down to 128 mainly thanks to mfp. I'm only 5"4 so 156 is too much weight for me puts me in the overweight category and I can't continue gaining more. I feel so fat.

I have soda, sometimes the full fat but usually the diet. I eat pasta too not often and I have an average amount. Yes lightly active takes in all your walking no need to pacer you could be eating too much

1780. I have no idea the calories I burn. I don't log walking only exercise like zumba. Oh and also I think I'm actually sedentary but I set it to lightly active so i wouldnt have to log walking.
