With much difficulty. 1200 is not easy at all. I would get someone to figure out how much you should be eating, if you are struggling then at some point you'd probably give up.

I personally would just binge, then just eat normal tomorrow, your normal amount. I mean if I net 2000, 385 over my normal amount, then the next day I will eat my normal amount 1615. I have 2lb hanging over me right now, but I think I'm due to menstruate soon. It tends to go away by the time you have finished it.

Yes because they don't ovulate or menstruate. They bloat sure, but that's about it. They don't have like one week out of the month where it is the opportune time to weigh oneself, like us ladies. They can weigh whenever. They aren't really plagued by waterweight.

I used to do SW. Yeah it works, but it is nowhere near as fun as MFP, On SW I was basically overdosing on fruit everyday, I felt restricted, but on MFP I have lost weight and I just eat what I want (very unhealthy foods) and logging is just second nature.

Like everyone else, whenever I get up, usually late morning. Go to the bathroom, take jewellery off, weigh naked, then after weighing I'll eat/drink..... It doesn't matter time, it just matters you are weighing yourself correctly.

To get a specific area to slim down, we have to keep losing weight and it will all come evenly, you would have to keep losing weight in order to get your perfect thighs, but if you get too thin and an unhealthy weight, you may have to result to lipo for your thighs if they are that big of a problem to you....

Well my friend had a problem like this, one of our mutual friends said hot water and honey or hot water and lemon, he said one of the two. I personally just drink a bottle of water and have some fibrous fruit like an apple and banana.
