Well, I feel bad because my mum cooked it for me, and I could only have two of the pieces of chicken. She went to that effort and I hardly at any. I never even asked for dinner. So that's blown the calories.
-
I've never tried a diet. And the ones where you take pills, I'd never try, I don't want my heart weakened or anything. From the start, I've always known in the long run they do not work.
-
Most of that is probably water weight. No need to worry. And no, that waterweight will not come back either.
-
I mean, and sorry this is TMI, I know, but my urine is always green (probably from citalopram) . It takes a lot of water, more than 2l to get me hydrated. It varies for each person.
-
I don't know. Some say yes, some say no. All I know is it supposedly speeds up the metabolism, hydrates you, so you are not holding onto water.

You are new to this, you will get the hang of it. If you need more calories, do some exercise. I find zumba to be quite enjoyable and has a good burn rate, about 100 cal per 10 min. You can find routines on youtube.
-
And no, always make sure you are netting 1200 calories.
-
I eat my tdee calories- 1615. I don't eat back exercise calories. I think I was told to just log it as 1 or 2 calories when I exercise, but I don't bother.
-
Yes, you do need to eat today! Please do not starve! We all make mistakes, we are human. If it is your time of month, that could be why you binged. But anyway, put it behind you, ignore what happened, and eat all your calories each day. I don't think a day of binging would make you gain weight.

The slice of bread could be to blame, bread is excellent for bloating. I'd personally go to a doctor, you could have IBS or some other intolerance. They can work this out for you.
-
The taller the person, the more calories.
-
Hahaha. See, I feel sorry for these sorts of people, which seem to be most of the world population. They want a quick fix and really believe it will work, and really want to succeed with it. I wish it was that way too. Sadly though, you have to put in work.
-
I must say though, as I have done 1200 calories in the past, seeing as there is not much food, it is probably easier to eat healthy with that small amount.
-
I'm 5'4, 163cm. I eat at my tdee which is 1615 calories each day. I don't eat back my calories, either.
-
When I measure things, I measure them correctly. With a food scale, with a measuring jug. I'm not dumb like everyone thinks. Please don't take things so literal. I always make sure to eat back all the calories, weigh, measure food correctly, all that stuff. I've literally done nowt wrong with the 1200 calories. Sometimes…

I've lost 30lb in two years. Not all from MFP either. When you get to where I am at right now, and the pressure I put myself under, you will probably understand how frustrating it is to lose 15lb, and your body is doing nothing at all to help. I was eating at 1200 for quite a while. That takes patience, having to work out…
-
Yeah I will keep eating at 1615 calories, but I can't guarantee that will make me lose anything. Because that is very close to my maintenance calories. But I'm not going to eat healthy. I don't have the patience to eat multiple healthy things to get to 1615 calories. I'd rather just have a few highly calorific meals, and…

Oh will you and stop being trolls @KylaDenay and @TavistockToad. All you do is judge people. You don't help people. I have low self esteem and confidence, and you just make it lower, honestly. This is why there are some people literally afraid to post in the forums.
-
Honestly, I've been losing weight for two years, I did try for hours today, I honestly don't have the patience for it. I already measure food. I have a small stomach, if I ate all of the healthy food within my macro's, and I was checking my macro's diligently, I would still be eating at 3 in the morning. I did the peanut…

I'm not upset at any of the help, I'm just upset nothing is working. Sorry if I was rude, I'm just annoyed at myself, not at anyone else.
-
Yes, I eat back all the exercise calories. And yeah, I tried for less than 24 hours. So what. It is the day before shopping day, we have hardly anything healthy in the house, and when we do, it is the same old stuff. All this judgement and question asking, is not helping. If I eat 1700 that's enough for me to maintain.…

Yes, I am measuring all my food. I've been on here nearly a year. I do walking, zumba, H.i.i.t.
-
I tried that, it really does not work for my body. I've not lost weight for a month,
-
See, for me to lose a lb per week that is 1240 calories for me. It's really confusing.
-
I want to lose 14lb more.
-
No, I don't have only 1b to go, sorry. That was my goal, but then I changed it recently, but I've got to change it on here too. And I've been having a real hard time of losing weight.
-
Brilliant, thanks.
-
When you go on the scale, make sure you are wearing no jewellery, no clothes. That's right, nude. Make sure you have an empty bladder and stomach too. The first weight you see is not your accurate weight, the second weight usually is.
-
Ok 1615 I shall change it to right now. I was eating 1200 but that really is not easy at all. Do I still log my exercise, or just not bother?
-
If I ate 1615, would I still lose weight. Got about 15lb to lose.
