My flat is so so tiny, I couldn't restrict them really and my eldest just opens them

Park time is totally doable when it is nice, but it definitely is not nice just now to head outside. We did have a good run around session, lots of laughter and screaming and I just lifted my legs more whilst running about

I have started doing the "arms length" with my eldest, he mostly follows it. The youngest just runs riot lol

Well I have just about managed today, lots of small regular eating! My first meal could have gone better but i know better for tomorrow to leave more calories for later on.

Not really, the age gap is too big. They have a different idea of playing and isnt usually the same,

They are 2.5 years and 5.5 years. Depending when I do a workout, the eldest wont be home.

I just got one last week, this will be the first shift trying it so it'll be interesting what it says.

With a 3.50am wakeup and two kids, sleep can be outwith my control lol. I do try to get as much as I can. Im 5"3 at 155lbs. Can't remember what I put guy activity level at but I only do this long day job two days a week (the rest are different shift times). I will give a banana a go for my shift tomorrow and see how it…

I need to eat before I go out at 4.30am or I feel my blood sugar drop and "breakfast" is set to 9am. I may also try eating my dinner earlier than the kids and see if that helps keep the hunger away. My job is fairly active with walking. Some good advice here, thankyou. I will see what worms best for me.

Yep it is easy to read a label, but some of us do rely on the database so it gets confusing when you get different answers.
