I love the music control and text/ phone call notifications. Also found the daily goals for move, steps etc very motivating

I want to do this, alcohol really messes up my running schedule!

I have read the book and have lost 4lb in a matter of days. I also have so much more energy. Would definately recommend it!!

I love it!! I am just starting Week 5 and I'm really impressed. My body is much more toned and I have lost around 5-6 inches so far(3.5 from my tummy). My muscles are so much more defined. The workouts are great and you can really feel the effects afterwards. I started with a 5kg kettlebell, but I am now using a 7.5kg.

I have done the Shred before, but I am giving another go as the results are fab. I am now on day 2 , this time around I am doing the more advanced moves and using heavier weights. OMG what a shock my body had!!!!!!!!!! I am in so much pain!!!!!! Good luck everyone

My alarm goes off 04:45, but I stay in bed until 05:00. The first thing I do is to go for a shower to wake up. This does mean having two showers before I go to work, but I find I have a better workout doing it. I have to get up early so I can exercise and get myself ready before my two year old daughter wakes up around…

Count me in!! Will be starting 2moro

I would love to be in this group!! i have 5.5lb to go until I reach my goal, but it is getting sooooo hard to stay motivated. I am still logging all of my calories and I am exercising most days, but weekends are my worst enermy........wine and pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This sounds good count me in! Presumably you want my info after my weigh in? My weigh day is a Sunday, so would I provide this on Sun 01-May?
-
i have done the 30 day shred and would recommend it. I lost around 10" and 11lb

So pleased to have come across this thread. I did Week 3 day 1 on Saturday. It was much easier than I thought it would be. I was quite proud of myself for running for 3 minutes!
-
I wore a polar HRM for all of the 30 day shred and my workouts each day averaged 200 - 230 for the 25 mins. My heart rate was quite high for the cardio work, but then dropped quite low during the Abs section. My weight at the time was around 140lb.
-
I also have the Polar RS300 and I'm really pleased with it. I had previously bought a cheaper one and the signal would constantly drop and the calories were so inaccurate, very frustrating.

Well done for going out and giving it a go!! Yes its suprising how bad your calfs can ache. Must admit the soreness seems to be going now, as I didnt suffer at all on my last run. :-)
-
I am on week 2, but only getting to go out once a week so you will both probably overtake me soon! I was quite worried about starting, but suprised myself how well I am coping. Good luck to you both.
-
I did this today. I find 30 day shred more challenging though, but I have completed it. Not sure when I should do this again. After doing 30 day shred constantly I am looking for a bit of variety.
