I have about 12 dinners/lunches/breakfast I use to keep around my goal. I was pretty diligent about putting them into diary but really have stopped because I know the amount of calories. Like today, had my usual omelette but actually changed the type of ham. Went from honey to Black Forest which is much lower in cals.…

I no longer count calories. I pretty much no exactly how much I consume but did start counting again to make sure I wasn't screwing up...and still managed to stay well within calorie reduction limits. I will change my settings.
