Stuck!

New here and have been stuck. Lost 47lbs and have been stuck for a couple weeks. Been trying hard too, which is irritating. Notice my weight loss really slowed up in December, but the holidays, I was more in focusing to maintain what I lost. Only need to lose 4 more lbs but it has been like pulling teeth. My goal is 165. Guess I will exercise more and eat less...FRUSTRATING!

we really need more information if you want help. Your diary is closed and we've no idea what you're doing.0

I no longer count calories. I pretty much no exactly how much I consume but did start counting again to make sure I wasn't screwing up...and still managed to stay well within calorie reduction limits. I will change my settings.0 -

I have about 12 dinners/lunches/breakfast I use to keep around my goal. I was pretty diligent about putting them into diary but really have stopped because I know the amount of calories. Like today, had my usual omelette but actually changed the type of ham. Went from honey to Black Forest which is much lower in cals. Started using that yesterday. Trying to find ways of reducing calories from my standard menu. Maybe when you get down close to your weight, you actually need to eat less calories in order to lose that final weight.0 -

If you don't have data going into the equation, you're not gonna be able to solve it, right? You're leaving the wrong part of the equation blank.0
