  • Totally agree. Sometimes you actually have to eat more to lose weight.
  • I already have all of my Christmas stuff up!!! LOL Just kidding. Probably 1st of December...maybe later. I don't decorate much but a live tree.
  • They didn't have you see a nutritionist also? That would be the best person to ask.
  • Hello love. :) I am near the same height as you and I started at the same weight. I'm now 140 because of this site and my determination. I'm not trying to lose anymore, but feel free to add to give you a kick in the rear if you need it. :)
  • Zombieland Survival Rule # 1 CARDIO
  • Jonathan Taylor Thomas from Home Improvement. :)
  • Yaaa! thank you for sharing. I will show this to everyone that keeps questioning my weights before cardio routine. :)
  • In the frozen aisle they have these green giant valley fresh steamer veggies. They are great for lunch with tuna or salmon. I normally buy tuna pouches and mix the two together. My favorite lunch ever. :)
  • I am still in the Navy; my husband was in for 6 years (we were together then) and is now a reservist. Any questions or issues or support you need, just ask. :)
  • You sound like me. I would go see a professional psychologist and talk to them about it. I was actually diagnosed EDNOS when I finally went and talked to someone.
  • This. But don't use 3 lb weights. Use 5, 10, 15, 20.... I do an amazing workout from the mag Muscle and Fitness: Hers. It may be a body building type magazine, but their workouts have given me amazing results. They come out with a new issue every two months so I can always switch up my plan if I need too. Their workouts…
  • E-Mealz for dinner. it's 5 bucks a month. It gives you a 5 day food plan for dinner (low fat, low carb, gluten free, etc) and gives you a shopping list for the store you choose. I've used it for over a year and saved tons of money and lost weight. My dinners are under 40 bucks. Just google e-mealz.
  • 1. I can't run outside because of a blood clot I had last year. It takes weeks for my leg to recover. I only run on a treadmill once a week, if that. 2. I don't know what my body fat percentage is. How can I figure it out? And those pancakes are making me hungry. 3. I did some strength before and my husband was freaked,…
  • 8 Total: Dragon around ankle bone (Time in Japan) Daisy on ankle (Matches my sis) Tiger/butterfly on upper ankle (Time in Singapore) flower/tribal ankle (I survived bootcamp) Cat on back (in memory) Another dragon on back (Not quite sure....) Initials on chest (stupid, I know) Dolphin/water (Bad cover up of initials)…
  • Steamer veggies with red potatoes and green beans with rosemary sauce annnnnd hickory flavored tuna. :) My fav. :)
  • Your body may be used to what you are doing. I am the same height as you and I weigh 140. At 147 I hit a major wall. I then cut out a lot of processed foods....no soups, no boxed foods, etc. Just veggies, lean meats, fruits, and seasonings. It didn't take long for me to drop down to 140. For your workouts it's not enough…
  • I did the Breast Cancer 3-Day a few years ago (60 miles over 3 days) They didn't include a training plan when you signed up? I used a training plan provided to me by the Breast Cancer 3-Day. It was shorter walks during the week, with longer walks on the weekends. You just build up the mileage every week until you are close…
  • One hour of working out isn't a lot. She is just not eating enough to make up for the calories; in other words she is starving herself of the nutrition she needs to even fucntion properly. So the body is storing everything she eats as fat. Sometimes less is not more.
  • First of all, please see a doctor and make sure it is safe and okay for you to be on the diet. While my scenario is rare, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I was vegetarian for awhile and the increase in Vitamin K made my blood very thick. I already genetically have thick blood, so blood clots developed until I had them from…
  • I am going to be Lindsey Funke from 'Arrested Development' when she visited her dad in prison (Anyone who watched the show knows what she wore). My husband will be Tobias Funke from 'Arrested Development' and will be painted all blue.
  • Agree with this. You spend quite a bit of time in the bathroom. lol.
  • Fruit. I actually only keep fruit and nuts on my desk at all times to keep myself from going and getting junk.
  • Weight lifting is a great part of any workout routine. It has actually be proven to help boost weight loss and is amazing for slimming down. But remember, there isn't a quick fix for each individual area of your body. It requires lowering body fat percentage to be more lean. Since you are at a gym, you should have someone…
  • Vodka and wine are also my poison of choice. Lost 17lbs. :) Just drink in moderation....don't down anymore bottles. :)
  • My husband had this same issue recently. You may need to replace the entire tire. He actually had something sharp in the tire that kept puncturing the tube. No matter how many tubes he bought, they always went flat. When he replaced the tire, he had no more issues.
  • You may be going too all out. :) Take it down a notch and build up on your endurance.
  • ooo also if you want to burn fat....are you lifting weights? And I don't mean 1-3lbs either. Weight lifting is proven to be crucial in burning fat and weight loss. I do HIIT and weights. :)
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). 30 seconds all out fast as you are comfortable, 90 seconds recovery to catch your breath. Repeat. Do for as long as you can handle it. :)
  • lol yeah they've changed. Someone placed a honey bun type object on my desk this morning and all I could think of was 'ick'. It never even crossed my mind to eat it. I just moved it to someone elses desk and finished my protein shake. I look forward to my healthy food now. :)
  • I've never heard of this show. Of course this would be on tv though.....normal every day weight loss would never bring in ratings...super extreme weight loss would though. And sadly you are right.....people will think this is the way to do it, and some people could end up really hurting themselves.
