I started slowly...low carb dinner for example. I use e-mealz and all I did was switch my plan to low carb. My husband had to follow suit because he eats whatever I cook or he doesn't eat. My mom told all my family members I was anorexic, even though she does HCG and only eats 500 cals a day. I eat double, sometimes triple that.. Families suck sometimes.

Green giant valley fresh steamers (in the frozen veggie aisle) and flavored tuna or salmon pouches. Just aovid the ones that have extra crazy sauces and what not. (My fav is the rosemary roasted potatoes and green beans) I eat them every day for lunch and love them.

Great post! I do have one comment though...sometimes it isn't all about the food. I am diagnosed EDNOS...during very stressful/high anxiety times I tend to work out more and eat less as a control measure. When things start to spiral, I tend to grasp on to the things that I can actually control and they become my safe area.…

Honestly, all the ones from walmart work really well. When I was solely building muscle I used Six Star Pro Nutrition Proffessional Strength WheyProtein PlusElite series. It gave me excellent results. And I think its $18 for a whole tub. Does wonders for me after my trapeze/aerial silk training...little to no soreness.

I cut out all bad carbs and had good results. Google search for good carbs and you will be able to find a list of what is considered good. I eat pretty cleanly as it is....low low processed food items, so my carbs were kind of already gone.

One, open your diary. If we can see what you eat we can help out a lot more. Two, If you are working out a lot and not eating your exercise cals, you may not be eating enough. Three, how long have you been doing this? it might take awhile at first to lose weight.

I love the green giant valley fresh steamers. I still want my veggies but want them quick and easy. They have different flavors and such and I love them all. :) They are in the frozen aisle.

Yes it does really work, as long as you are dedicated to making it work. I've lost 17 lbs. It was a lot of hard work and a lot of self control.

Stop looking at this as a 'diet' and start looking at it as a lifestyle change. Do you want to eat baby food for the rest of your life? I can guarantee you'd say no. Eat clean, whole foods instead with occasional treats. I'm sorry, maybe I'm being insensitive, but baby food diet seems like the dumbest thing I have ever…

What should have happened as you got closer to your goal you increased your calories gradually so your body got used to eating more. Once you hit your goal, you would be at maintenance. Don't change it to be tons of calories drastically; it will backfire on you. I know from my own experience.

My husband and I keep it seperate. I pay the majority of the bills, so I keep most of the funds.

I eat TONS of fruit every day. If you chose to watch sugar, that's fine. I never did though and it never slowed down my weight loss.

Agree with this. I am described pretty much in that first sentence. I was diagnosed with EDNOS a week ago or so. Your body will let you know when to stop though, so just listen and follow it accordingly.
