You have to give yourself a recovery period in there. I typically do 30 seconds all out fast on the elliptical, whatever resistance, and then 90 seconds recovery, slow, no resistance. If you don't give yourself a break you will tire out too easily.

I feel your pain. Mine are horrible too. I actually still wear panty hose (compressions stockings because I had a blood clot in my leg). I don't see anything wrong with wearing thigh highs with a dress. Or you can just flaunt your battle scars. :)

Bad for you. Not reccomended. My mother used it and I am not kidding, she looked anorexic. Stop trying to use quick fixes. Yes it may work for a short time, but you'll be right back where you started when you quit. Change your lifestyle, not just your weight.

Mine have gotten smaller since I lost weight. Husband doesn't like it too much. It just depends on your body type, where you tend to lose fat. My first place is upper body. Second is abs, third is hips, waist, thighs, etc. Edited because I can't spell to save my life today.

All of you that say you can't keep a hoop up....trust me, you can! You are just not using the right hoop!!! Most hoops in stores are child sizes; they make adult sized hoops which are larger and are easier to keep up. :)
