Is the Oikos organic? I absolutley hated the taste of it. I'm kind of limited when it comes to yogurt, being in the backwoods of MS and all. I pretty much just get what I can.
-
I eat it everyday and still lost 10 lbs, so it's not that bad.
-
it's only 120 cals.
-
I had that this morning and never had a problem before. In fact it is my favorite out of the Dannon yogurts. Have you had any water?

OMG no cheese for PEARS!?!?!? lol not gonna happen. Thanks for the good info. :) Always love to learn new stuff about my shape. :)

Uggg...I hate this too. I've tried to fix all of the ones I use that are F*ed up, but there are just so many that are wrong.

lol I'll bite: 1. Be able to help people live their life better everyday, no matter the circumstances. If I can talk to one person for five minutes and they feel better about themselves I've done something huge. 2. Be the first in my family to receive a Bachelors Degree (psychology), maybe a Masters (social work). 3. Help…

Hopefully that doctor is a certified nutritionist. That would be the best person to monitor it. But why they would recommend starvation as a a good way to lose weight is beyond me. I'm done starving myself. I'll stick with old school stuff of food in moderation and exercise.

500 calories a day is what makes you lose weight, not the drops themselves. As a former ED sufferer, I wouldn't wish that low calorie count on anyone....most peoples bodies need at least 1200 to survive. If it is doctor monitored, then great, but otherwise it's just another get thin quick and gain it back later scam. My…

Moderation. I never resist the urge to eat something. I just remind myself that I can have more tommorow if I really want to, and I practice mindful eating...that is I think about eating when I am eating, nothing else, so I can keep tabs on what I am doing so I don't overeat. :)
-
Same thing with pizza...cept I could eat a whole pie by myself. :)
-
Ohhh that another thing. I know they have a set diet that goes a long with it...I already pay for a low fat diet plan for dinner. Would I still be able to do that?
-
Lots good info guys, thanks! :) I am able to do bike, elliptical, run (only on treadmill). I worry about jumping because I have sprained my ankle 8 times and now that I am on blood thinners it increase my risk of arthritis in that ankle. Shoulda said that earlier, btw. :)

Wow I wish I had known that in boot camp...I had to iron everyone's stuff one night and it took forever!!
-
But if you feel that you are okay and that your diary is healthy, is she really right then??? I tihnk she has just seen it before and is worried about you being like them.
-
Well for one she doesn't know what she is talking about. It's called exercise bulimia. Anorexia is starvation. Although both can be intermixed, I don't see that happening with you. 116 mins isn't that much....when you get into 4-5-6-7 hours a day, that is over kill. As a former exercise bulimic, I myself tend to go back to…

No joke...I spent most of the day looking for dumbbell workouts and got so frustrated I gave up. Then you shine down with this. :) Thank you. :)

Some books are free, but most you have to pay for...but they are a lot cheaper. It's not that bad to read on, to be honest. i thought the same thing and I really like it. I won't do that forever though...I love pages being turned and the smell of old library books. :) I'm reading Hungry by Crystal Renn right now. Before…

Warm it up. Shred the inside with a fork; it will look like spaghetti noodles. Add sauce and whatever toppings and enjoy. :)
-
I always add it because I normally don't clean....I'm way too busy to clean most days and when I finally do It's only for a short amount of time. Walking in stores, walmart for example, I also add because I only do it once a week. I just depends on what you want to add. :)
-
Yes. Always eat your exercise calories back.

I wonder if the group that was given low calorie foods is meant to resemble certain companies, like weight watchers, and the third group is doing both weight watchers on and off and counting calories too. I also was curious about the type of setting the were monitored. I would be stressed out too if I had someone watching…

That would also be another good study to conduct.

It probably is anemia, hon. I have the same problem. I stop taking them for awhile and I started to get exhausted. I blamed it on exercise, but it was the pills. take at least one a day...I started them again and I sleep a lot better.Have you had you TOM recently? That is a huge iron depleter.

Mederma creme maybe???
-
Also Vibram Five Fingers :)

NEVER RUN IN TONERS. Maybe you have the wrong type of new shoes. Were you fitted for them? Do you know your arch, your foot strike? Do you over pronate or under pronate? Best place to get those answers is on the runners world website. They can advise you, but a real true running store should have equipment that measures…

Totally agree with menu planning!! It makes life so much easier! :) I use e-mealz though, which is just as great! :)
