I loved this movie. I bought a juicer also, but got the Jack Lalanne one from walmart. I LOVE making apple juice with it (Because that's my fav thing in the whole world.) It's fun to make different concoctions and see what comes out. :)

This I did not know. I had some of this a few weeks ago and think i still have some in the freezer. Time to throw it out. Things like this make me wish I could be veggie again...but for health reasons, cannot.

This is what I go by. I tend to hit about 130 140 every day. Do you do a lot of weight lifting? I do it 3-4 times a week and take static trapeze classes, so I need the extra protein.

I tend to just log the fruit themselves, if not actually consuming the fruit, just the juice. I don't like things complicated. :)

Never read the book, but... I eat clean all week (low to no carbs) and only do one day a week non clean. I DON'T over do it or go crazy and eat everything in sight and I DON'T skip workouts. Less processed foods = less sodium. Protein, I go way over...everydya I almost hit 144...but I also take trapeze and aerial silk classes and do a lot of weight training.

Tuna pouch/cans. valley fresh steamers veggies from green giant that all you have to do is microwave. Nuts, fruit....protein shakes (I like Muscle Milk). That's all I eat all week for lunch, pretty much. Low carbs. One day a week is high carbs. I know I'm a girl and all...but it works for me.

Get to the root of your craving. Is it sugar you want? Eat a piece of fruit. It is chocolate? Buy one single piece of chocolate somewhere and eat it. In the future, keep something like it at your desk so you can eat that instead of scarfing down candy. I keep fruit, veggies, and greek yogurt at my desk to calm my cravings.

Also cut back on processed food' that is, anything that comes in a box and is not considered 'fresh'. Crap. I forgot to look at your sodium intake. But stay towards the outside aisle of the store where veggies, fruit, lean meats are.

When I hit my plateau, I did the same thing. I've been losing 1lb a week consistently, and honestly I just feel better. But, when you start doing it, have one high carb meal a week. That's all I used to eat for lunch until I look at the label.......too much sodium!!! Eat green giant valley fresh steamers and some precooked chicken or tuna pouch. Much better for you and not heavilly processed. :)
