Not quite a new member but trying this fasting thing out. I am eating 0 cals every other day and so far so good. I will keep you posted, first weigh in will be Friday the 6th.:wink:

Hi, my 2nd time trying too at not off to the best start but improving everyday. I have set my goals more obtainable this time, 1500 cals a day and 4 days a week at the gym. I wish us all the best and would love some more friends to have on this journey.

Yes you need a schedule or routine. I am just getting back into mine now. I go to the gym Monday through Thursday, 8am to about 9:50, all cardio for now, and then me and my son walk home bout 45 minuets. Then I have 400 cals for breakfast and lunch and that leaves me about 700 for dinner. Friday through Sunday I work…

I am so tired of starting over! I have to lose this 40 lbs. this year. I know so much about eating right and working out yet I don't take my own advice. I get discouraged at the littlest things and I am not hard enough on my self. I would love some friends with encouragement and any advice.
