Sounds to me he is trying to starve you thin, that does not look lik eit would be nearly enough calories for a day plus exercise. keep going the way you are, losing it slowly is better than gaining back and having to start over.

I use iceburg, radish, red or green pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, sometimes I will use mushrooms if I am eating it right when I make it, but not if I am making for lunch the next day.

CAN'T GO WRONG THERE, ONLY ONE WAY TO FIND OUT, LOL. MINE HASN'T CHANGED THOUGH, I WAS RIGHT ON TIME THIS MONTH AND IT LASTED THE USUAL 3 DAYS I GO. NO CRAMPS THIS TIME THOUGH, ONLY DIFFENECE.

I'm at work so I gues what ever was in the vending machine, lol. I have tried to keep the 100 calorie snacks in my desk so when I get a craving I have those. I ended up only eating half the apple becasue it tasted mealy, I perfer a crunchy one.

I think in the end we all have to find what works best for us. I have read several differnt blogs about what one person does v another, and I say if it is working for you go with it. During the work week I eat a cup of non fat greek yougurt around 830am and have a snack of Quaker Popped snacks around 1030am. I usually have a cup of coffee or a tea as well. then I eat lunch, that varies, as well as dinner. On the weekend I eat 2 eggs and toast, and juice. Good luck on your journey
