I am in need of a work out plan I can do at home. I do not have the extra money to join a gym, and some days it is way to cold for me to go out and walk. I work a 9-6 schedule Monday thru Friday so it is usually dark by the time I get off too. Any suggestions what I can do from home to get some extra work in my day?

120 calories? for 1 med to lare apple, I don't get it. They say eat more fruit and veggies, so I am trying. But come on, if I had a cup of fresh baby carrots it would only be 35 calories. It makes me not want to eat fruit at all. ugggg
