OK, SO LAST WEEK I WAS AT 150 WITH A 4LB GAIN THIS WEEK. THIS WEEK I AM DOWN 3 LBS TO 247! I STILL HAVE 0 ON MY TICKER DUE TO THE GAIN AND THATS OK. I AM GOING TO MAKE THAT TICKER MOVE!!!

I DO THE SAME THING, I KEEP AN OLD MCDONALD'S SWEET TEA CUP ON MY DESK AND FILL IT UP MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. I JUST HATE TO DRINK WATER ONCE IT STARTS TO TURN WARM. I HAVE TO KEEP GETTING UP AND PUT ICE IN THE CUP. I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT FLAVOR DROPS HAVE HELPED ME TO CONSUME MORE WATER.

I WILL NOT CONSUME ALCHOL DURING THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE. I WENT OUT WITH MY HUSBAND THIS PAST FRIDAY AND HE HAD TO DRIVE US HOME, I JUST COULDN'T STOP THE MARGARITAS WERE WONDERFUL. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT SO THIS SHOULDN'T BE TO HARD FOR ME.

Monday's will be best for me. I weigh on a scale at work because it is beyond accurate. I will be posting around 9-930 each Monday. I did weigh on Friday and I was at 246. My goal is to be at 150, that is going to be 96 lbs to lose. I look forward to this journey with you all!

I am starting with small goals I actually have about 95 lbs to lose. I will know for sure when I get the courage to go to the scale on 12/31/2013. I figured I will be more willing to stick with it by setting small gaols for myself. I will take a look at the site thanks!
