  • You should eat a minimum of your daily goal. The calories burned from exercise can be eaten but you will have a greater chance for weight loss if these calories remain a deficit. So to answer your question...no you do not HAVE to eat these calories.

  • Try some exersices for IT band stiffness. Women commonly have this problem. I had a similar experience and I found when I stretched my IT band daily it solved my problem.
