Me too. Was on here this time last year, got to the weight I wanted then went back to my old habits and put all the weight back on again. I find it hard staying on track when my partner and kids just eat what they want!! Feel free to add me too - you can never get enough support!!

I love the expression "Food Hangover" because thats exactly how I've felt, but I've never had a hangover last 3 days before! lol.....still lesson learned I guess and yes you are right I dont want to eat and I have already lost the 4lbs I gained on holiday....oh well Every cloud has its silver lining I suppose lol.
