Getting back on track after overindulging

Hi, i do a lot of walking and some cycling, i've got a pedometer and ive installed strava and fitbit on my smartphone. My problem is they all give me different figures on how many miles I've done. Could someone please recommend what is most reliable and accurate? Thanks

30 day shred results
Hi, I've just completed the 30 day shred and although I haven't lost any weight at all, I have lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 and a half off my hips. Its not as much as I was hoping for and now feel less motivated to start the 6week six pack dvd. Has anyone got any advice for me please?
