Hi guys, thanks for the add. So what plans are you following and how is it going? I have been a weight watcher for a year and a half but mostly track my calories on MFP. I did really well last year and lost 25 lbs but the last 20 has not been moving. Would love to know what you are doing as well, please share!

I was having the same problem until I adjusted my goals on mfp. At first I said I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week then adjusted it to 1lb a week and mfp gave me 1380 cals a day instead of 1200 and I find that I have no issues staying under my calories now.

I have heard that hormones in Mirena are not as strong as found in other forms of birth control, however in my experience they have all made weight loss a huge challenge. You could always switch to Paraguard which has no hormones, if you still want the protection without the weight loss issues.

It cost you nothing to have more friends than communicate back and forth with you.
