Today was my first day on ripped in 30, I really liked it but my upper legs are soo sore! Which is a good thing! But unfortunetly, I feel terrible because I just pigged out at the Chinese buffet :(

Yes, I got my thyriod level checked and it came back normal. And everytime I try to start dieting, I'm not sure what most of the ingredients are in the recepies.I was looking at buying a juicer, but I have not heard any reviews about it :)

Hi! I hope it all works out for you! I am also trying to lose the weight I have gained within the last year. Its very hard to do. I love to eat, but recently I am eating more fruits and vegetables. I always been told that if you drink a hot cup of water with lemon in it, in the morning, it will energize your body. :)
