I use biggest loser dvds and when I first started I entered them under aerobics, general. I recently got a hrm and the actual calories burned are a little higher than what I was entering at first, but its still close so until you can get an hrm thats what you should do!! Good luck!!

Im not sure what kind of smoothie you are talking about but sometimes I make protein smoothies with flavored yogurt after a work out... it helps with protein afterwards. Sometimes it even replaces my evening meal!! Maybe someone else can help you out better than I can... Good luck!!

I think as long as you are up and doing it, its a good thing... but I did see where Jillian said its better if you can do it all at once, something about you build up your metabolic rate better.. .or something like ... Im sure someone one here can explain it better!! ;o)

I think another good place to look for this and other work out dvds is the used book stores...thats where Im gonna look for my next work out dvd!!! Good luck!!

I personally am more concerned with my inches coming off.... yes, the lbs have to come off too in order to get to the goal weight but one needs to remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so you can be leaner without noticing the pounds falling off so fast.... just my opinion!! ;o)

I dont know much about them myself... but I am currently trying Jillian Michaels cleansing and probiotic supplements.... we will see how it works!!! :smile:
