  • Swimming in general makes you tired. When my kids were younger and played sports, we could not go swimming on game days because they drug their butts out there!! And the coach ALWAYS knew that we had gone swimming. Not sure what causes it but it does.... lol good luck!!

  • Im sorry to hear about your kitten. I know it can be heart wrenching. All I know to tell you is just get up and do it!! I got thru the same emotional eating but for different reasons. After a couple days I just get mad at myself and make myself do better... Good luck! :flowerforyou:

  • just wondering but how did you come up with this number?? the way I understand it is, you should not make it a habit of staying below the calorie intake suggested on MFP. and to always to eat the extra calories burned by exercise.

  • do you monitor the changes in your heart rate?? I think it needs to be updated as your intensity changes....with mine, when I start the timer I check my hr, about every couple minutes I check it again...I dont have one with the chest strap so I think its important that you do that...but I could be wrong, maybe someone else…

  • I would stick with what you are doing till your body adjusts to exercising then slowly add other workouts. I know it was tough on me when I first started. I just stuck with what I could do and lil by lil I would add a different workout. I feel alot better after a workout than I did at the start!!! Good luck!!!
