that is an awesome way to look at it, to break it down so it's not so overwhelming. This is what I am doing this time around & I've seen such a difference. I am focusing on the 2 lbs a week instead of my ultimate goal thus not so overwhelemed

I stepped on the scale on Jan 1 I was 150 today I stepped on it i was 144.4!! woohoo! IF i can keep this up I can be my goal before my wedding in June!

as a mother of a young boy. . i rarely have time to do it all at one time. . .i take him for walks, then do some on my own when he is napping (if i can get him to lay down). I rarely burn 500 caloires in one workout. (unless you count breastfeeding :laugh: which burns 500 for one hour but its the extra cals i need for him…

I take my son out for walks. He's 13 months old so I can push him in his stroller. He loves it, he gets out of the house & see's all kinds of fun thing (he loves seeing cats lol) & I get a work out in also. I love it cause it's something we can do together.

right now I"ve been rocking out to Superchick's new CD Rock What You Got. It's got positive lyrics (one really great song about how everyone is beautiful) & a great beat that I just can't sit still through.

ok that make sense. cause i DO need those extra calories for Caleb. . . it's a mind thing to me to see me go over the old goal though. . .makes it look like I over did it when in reality i need those 500 extra calories for my son.

Ok so my daily calories are 1200. . . but I'm breastfeeding so I need to add 500 on to that. .. is there anyway to change it on my food records? I need some healthy ideas for lunches. Breakfasts & suppers Im good at. . .but lunch I usually eat alone with my son (who is only 13 months). . .so it's hard to prepare sometimes. . .I don't want to just eat frozen meals due to the sodium. . .any advice would be much appreciated.
