30 day shred calories burned?
Is there a way to track in the calories burned? I tried to find it under cardio & I can't find it. I hate putting in a workout & can't put in what i burned. I like to see numbers lol. . .is it listed under something else?

half way there!!
My goal from the beginning was 25 pounds.. today I stepped on the scale and lost 3 lbs in one week (i worked really hard this week cause i lost nothing last week). . .I'm over half way to my goal!! woohoo!! :glasses:

My MIL brought me home a cheeseburger & fries, without asking me lol. I was tempted but i just threw them out. I'll have my salad I had planned on in a bit.

dang sodium
I went pretty over on my sodium intake today. Stupid sneaky sodium! Would drinking lots of water help or does that hinder? is there anything to do to help get rid of it?

losing weight while breastfeeding
Anyone else here trying to lose weight while breastfeeding? I find it more challenging as I can't really cut too much out cause of my son. . .just wondered if there were other women on here dealing with this.

I stepped on the scale on Jan 1 I was 150 today I stepped on it i was 144.4!! woohoo! IF i can keep this up I can be my goal before my wedding in June!

Ok so my daily calories are 1200. . . but I'm breastfeeding so I need to add 500 on to that. .. is there anyway to change it on my food records? what do y'all eat for lunch?
I need some healthy ideas for lunches. Breakfasts & suppers Im good at. . .but lunch I usually eat alone with my son (who is only 13 months). . .so it's hard to prepare sometimes. . .I don't want to just eat frozen meals due to the sodium. . .any advice would be much appreciated.

doing the dishes daily after i eat. If i come home from work & theres a big pile of dishes to wash before i cook i am more tempted to order a pizza or go out to eat.
