Today i wondered how many calories i burn every time i change my son diapers. I know it's a tiny amount, too bad it wasn't like 100 lol. I wouldn't have to work out at all!! :laugh:

    yea i know how that is lol my son is two n im trying to get him to use the bathroom not working yet lol so its back to diapers

    :wink: I betcha potty training would take more calories for us! haha. running after them, pleading them to "please go on the potty" .....

    I've got 15 month old twins. If changing diapers burned fat, I'd be soooo skinny!!! lol
