I got orginal chicken here but if i peel off the skin & just eat it how much does it actually make a difference?

Skin and the breading makes a HUGE difference, it's still not a very good meal, but far better without the skin then with. I would imagine you drop 100 to 200 calories from removing the skin and breading. Per piece. I'm not positive but... since the skin for 5.5 oz of chicken (just skin no breading) is about 50 calories, then adding that breading with all that fat soaked into it, must be at least 100 calories.0
