That's why I don't want to take it, plus it can be so hard on your system :( I'm working on the carbs thing - doesn't help that I LOVE pasta, but I'm working on it!!

I was during 2 of my pregnancies. Doc has prescribed it again (I'm not prego now), but I am trying to not have to take it. What about you?

C25k and GET GOOD SHOES!! Go to a running store where they check your gait and PROPERLY fit you - it is SOO important!!

My fave pasta salad has orzo pasta, spinach (or arugala), olive oil, dried cherries (or cherry flavored cranberries), pine nuts, salt & pepper & ricotta de salata (or feta cheese) - YUMMY :)

I'm feeling the same way. Pretty sure I just need to go to the doc and get some blood work done. Hopefully it's just anemia or a vitamin D deficiency or something easy like that!! Good luck!

If you can, go somewhere where they will PROPERLY fit you (like a specialty running store). It is more expensive but totally worth it!!

I definetly felt better/clothes fit better. I didn't weigh or take measurements. I still use it on the days I don't run. To enter it, use circuit training under cardio. Good luck!!

I have to agree with inputting EVERYTHING, even if you see red!! And that going out to dinner is not a bad thing. Can you fit an extra workout in on Friday?? Most importantly, forgive yourself and do the next right thing!!!
