I have one. I have not tried using it with 'stationary' workouts because a friend told me it doesn't work well.

Um, yeah, need cheap too - I'm on the stay-at-home-mommy-of-3 budget!
-
love this - thanks!!

I'm only a novice runner, but I know lots of "real" runners - lol! I've heard run every other day (so you have a rest day in between), you can strength train in between, it's supposed to improve your performance. And, be sure to get properly fitted for GOOD shoes!!

I think if you and the fiance like it then that is ALL that matters. This day is about beginning your new life together, start it out pleasing the two of you and let the rest worry about themselves!!! P.S. Since you did ask for opinions, I think it's adorable and I love a personal touch at a wedding, something that is not…

I weigh in daily, but it's only "official" (meaning logged in to MFP) once a week. Also, first thing in the am after the morning pit stop : )

I miss smoking, I mean REALLY miss it - I feel your pain! I have 3 kiddos, I think they are the ONLY reason I was able to quit. But, it actually took me several years to do it - good luck!

Knoxville here!

My hubby got me a Garmin 305 for Mother's Day (way early, I REALLY wanted it!). I'm a beginner/novice runner, but have several (real) runner friends who have these and LOVE them!! I'm really enjoying mine! P.S. Hubs got a great deal on Amazon.

I feel your pain 3 kiddos and a weak bladder to start with! The exercises are called "kegels". Like the other poster said, just google them. Be consistent about doing them - and they will help! And if all else fails - wear panty liners during exercise!!

fried catfish & coleslaw really aren't that bad. And by the way (coming from a Yankee who married a Southerner), the meal they cooked IS considered healthy. And insulting their food by not eating it is like flipping them off. I know it's hard to understand, but it's a whole 'nother world!! I'm not trying to be rude or make…

Great job - BIG difference!!
-
What a great post - thanks so much!!! Prayers for your sweet family!!

My first one was in the rain. It makes for a great story - lol! Bring a dry change of clothes and leave them in your car (don't forget socks!) You might want some lightweight long sleeves & long pants, you may get a little cold after you're done and start to cool down!! Good luck tomorrow!
-
You poor thing! That is HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe how vile people can be. I would say don't force yourself to eat. Tomorrow is a new day - hopefully a MUCH better one!!

Dear PCOS, You took 3 babies and several years & tears. BUT we won!! Faith & love saw us through and we now have 3 beautiful babies. I'll deal with the weird periods and facial hair and I'll take down the weight, eventually!!! You wont win!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amanda

Ditto sotting. Let it out & be sad & cry. Let go of the guilt, I know you can't help feeling it but this is NOT your fault!! Hugs to you!!

My story is long but I'll try to condense it. I was at my lowest weight, 135 (I'm only 5' tall so I was still overweight) when I first conceived (no meds), immediately started gaining. Miscarried at 17 weeks. Coulnd't get pregnant again, used something to bring on a cycle (maybe Provera??) & Clomid off & on for a year…

saved up a bunch of calories for Abuelos - YUM! : )
-
I've always heard you need at least 500 extra calories per day when you are breastfeeding. There is a way to customize your calories, I'm just not sure how to do it!!
-
I just read a blog about someone who put the weight they lost in a backpack and wore it around for awhile. Maybe try that?? I hope you find your motivation - 35 lbs gone is AWESOME!! Just look at how far you've come!!
-
There WILL be ridiculous amounts of screaming, crying, laughing, jumping up & down etc...
-
I just google "how many grams is 2 ounces" or "how many tablespoons are in a cup" and the answers come right up!! Good luck!!
-
Thanks for sharing - I would never have thought to check that!! How are you liking Turbo Fire?
-
I've always heard extra 500 calories per kid per day also.
-
I would think so, since you use regular peanut butter in other no bake cookies.
-
YUMMY! Can't wait to try this, I love the taste of dates but not the texture. And, this will be perfect for the kiddos on those rainy or too hot summer days as they'll have a blast rolling the cookies in the toppings! Thanks so much for sharing!!

AWESOME!!

Same thing here. I've been all the way through the Shred once, now I alternate the Shred and running. I think, for me, I just need to loose some weight which will take the stress off the ole knees a little bit!

I like both but lean toward chicken. I think it's more moist.
