So yesterday evening I was so stinkin' tired. It was 9ish and we were enjoying our NBC Thursday night laugh fest and I was dozing off! Today I was tired and even though I've been my three meals plus snacks, I'm still tired and never quite feel satisfied.
Last week I got Turbo Fire and I've burned A LOT while doing it. I remembered that at the beginning of the nutrition guide you do a "How many calories should I eat?" worksheet. When I looked at it this afternoon. I have my daily caloric goal too low! That explains a lot! Imagine that a teacher not reading directions carefully, how embarrassing! I changed it and hopefully this week will be better.
MFP'ers please don't make the same mistake I have!
