I had this problem for a long time when I would run. I had to strengthen my calf muscles to support me more for running and it seemed to help. There is other things too like your shoes that can play a role in it too

I wouldnt worry to much on low carb days. I mean my high carb days are around 250g and low carb days are 50g. But get significantly more protein on my low carb days

It is really hard to say every ones body responds differently. Personally I use 40/40/20 when cutting for a show. Protein, Carbs, Fats. I need the carbs for energy to get through my workouts. I would definitely not put 40% of cals/day from fats.

That is exactly it. You lift heavy and eat clean. Slightly below maintenance for your body. You also want to make sure your Macro-nutrients are in order

I seem to agree with this guy a lot. If its muscle soreness its dew too lactic acid build up in your joints and muscles from training. BCAA's will aid in flushing the lactic acid out and help with the soreness.

I personally use it ever time I get ready to do a show. It works well for me. I like to switch it up week by week, so my body wont adjust to it. I will alternate each day High Carb and Low Carb. On the following week. I go 2 days High Carb and 1 Day low carb. It helps me maintain as much muscle as possible while droping…

When I am cutting down for a show. (Losing Fat) I limit my fruits to 1 serving a day. Usually Post workout to get a insulin spike. Fruits have a ton of sugar there really is no way around it! Sorry hope this helps
