My favorite is sunbutter! It's made from sun flower seeds. I started eating it when I took the Whole30 challenge. I loved it so much that now that I am done with the challenge, I don't eat peanut butter any more. Only ever sunbutter :) SO tasty.

I wrote in the main thread because I saw everyone else was.... but I got my exercise in on Thanksgiving! 30 minutes of walking and running intervals on the treadmill. Then an additional 45 pushups (however long that took). It felt so great!

I went to the gym on Thanksgiving morning and did about 30 minutes on the treadmill, half running, half walking. I also did 45 pushups (however long that took). Woohoo!

Ack. I'm sorry to say that I couldn't get any more exercise in this week. I started a project for work on Sunday that I thought would only be 12 hrs each day but ended up being closer to 15 hrs and I couldn't get any time in. I'll have to get an "attempted" instead of complete. I did about half the work out time. :(

My ankles are very weak and hurt too when I run. I have found that when I am on the treadmill, putting the incline at 2.0 helps tremendously. While running, it doesn't feel like I'm running up a hill, but it seems to give my ankles a break.
