I guess what I meant was staying at 1200 calories, not under 1200. I've also read that the bare minimum should be 1200. @Riverwiz Thanks I really think that would help. That's what initially brought me to MFP, I read that you should write down everything you eat or add an app that does so I chose MFP. Great advice on writing down what I like and what I think is good for me. That will definitely give me some variety. Thanks for the advice!
