Same here!!! Personally when I say "I can't have this, I can't have that " I set myself uo for disaster! so i'm practing portion control and moderation...it's not perfect but I def. come a long way :)

There is nothing wrong with it in moderation, and you work it into your calorie goal so it seems fine. :drinker:

I've started to lower my carbs some and my sugars are super low now as well...thats the only way I've been able to do it. otherwise I'm always super over my sugar :ohwell:

Me too!
