I think that might have happeed becasue i haven't eaten greasy foods in a while.

I bought it at my jobs caffeteria. I eat egg whites at home and whole wheat. I do eat a variaty of things but usually not greasy.

I'm not pregnant. I had green tea in the morning and it didn't make sick. It doesn't happen often so I agree that something may have been spoiled.

My problem has been drinking. Sometimes i dread the weekends because i do enjoy drinking and having fun with my friends but i Know i have to slow down on it.

My victory is sprinting up the stairs instead of using the scalator and not getting tired.

I never joined any other site but i like this so far. I've lost 14 pounds so far. I've been eating right and exercising. I dont feel like i'm starving myself. I wish you the best of luck.
